Milking Point Maintenance

Your Cluster, stripped cleaned and new liners and rubbers fitted and all back in place ready for your next milking, changing liners has never been so easy.
 
We bring this service to you as we know how valuable time is to you, and changing liners and rubbers is time consuming and is quite often put off or forgotten about and as the liner is the only part of the milking machine that actually has contact with the cow they need to be at the best possible standard, which will help to increase your milk yield and decreases bactoscan and helps prevents mastitis.
 

What Happens?

Our dedicated MPM Engineer will come to your farm with his MPM cleaning unit.  He will strip down each unit and wash all the parts thoroughly using the approved chemicals, he will then re-assemble the units replacing the liners and tubing and will place the untis back in the milking plant all ready for your next milking.
 

What is Covered?

Every 2500 individual cow milkings our MPM Engineer will visit your farm, new liners are supplied every time and the worn or damaged parts which require attention are also replaced, includng short pulse tubes, seals, valves and plastic claw parts.  Once this has been carried out a Liner Change Certification 2500 will be issued to you for the purposes of Farm Assurance Inspections.  Documentation supporting the regular change of liners is now a requirement of current National Dairy farm assurance.
