DeLaval preventive maintenance provides for a certified DeLaval service technician to perform preventive maintenance on your equipment every 1000 hours of equipment operating time. During that visit, the service specialist will complete a thorough equipment evaluation and performance check. When replacement parts are required based on DeLaval system recommendations, only genuine DeLaval parts and rubber products will be used. DeLaval preventive maintenance is a scheduled maintenance program designed to suit your needs.

The program structure depends on the size of your herd, the number of milking points, the milking time and the washing time. The service technician visits your dairy every 1000 hours of operating time to make sure the system is running at optimal performance. This program is the most efficient way to prevent production interruptions.
